My dream transformed into reality
My name is Petter Johannesen and Magjc is my dream come true. Born in Moss, Norway, on March 6, 1949, I have always had a deep connection with the sea and with the world of travel and adventure.
Graduated in Marketing and International Market Economics from the University of Copenhagen and specialized in Management, Psychology and Business Sciences at the University of Oslo, I built my experience as a career diplomat. I played the role of Commercial Affairs Advisor of the Norwegian Embassy in Italy and held important institutional positions, including that of Secretary General of the Union of Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Italy and Advisor to the Italian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce.
The passion for travel led me to design and lead the Arctic expedition BEYOND Beyond the Edge, an extraordinary adventure in the lands of the North. I am an author and disseminator, with television experience on RAI 1 and co-author of the book “Southern Africa”.
I am currently Honorary Consul of the Republic of Namibia for Northern Italy and Executive Vice President of ASSONORVEGIA. I am enthusiastically involved in projects that unite Italy with Namibia and Norway, sharing with others my experience and my knowledge of these wonderful territories.
Today, with Magjc, I offer exclusive trips and international expeditions departing from Milan, authentic destinations such as Namibia and Norway, sailing experiences and unique itineraries that allow you to discover different places and cultures.
When I'm not traveling, I live with my Partner and our Norwegian forest cat, always a source of joy and fun. I am also proud to have been appointed Knight and Commander of the Italian Republic.
